Marketplace Role

RealMeats provides a platform intended to help customers discover and connect with ranchers, vendors, and food producers.

Marketplace facilitator: Unless RealMeats is expressly identified as the seller for a specific transaction, the applicable rancher or vendor is responsible for its products, listings, fulfillment, customer communications, policies, and legal compliance.

Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, create security risks, or are used unlawfully.

Listings, Availability, Pricing, and Orders

Product descriptions, rancher information, prices, inventory, service areas, shipping, pickup, and delivery options may change. We do not guarantee that every listing, product, price, or fulfillment option will always be available.

An order or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment until confirmed through the applicable order process. Taxes, delivery charges, shipping charges, minimums, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be shown where applicable or provided by the responsible seller.

Rancher and Vendor Responsibilities

Ranchers and vendors are responsible for providing accurate, current, and lawful information about their business, products, availability, pricing, fulfillment options, and practices. They must not make misleading, unsubstantiated, or unlawful claims.

Ranchers and vendors must comply with all laws and requirements applicable to their operations, including food safety, labeling, licensing, tax, delivery, shipping, and consumer-protection obligations.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the site to:

  • Violate law or another person’s rights;

  • Submit false, misleading, infringing, harmful, or fraudulent content;

  • Interfere with site security or operation;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

User Content
